Coaching
As part of that program we are covered by Coach Practitioner’s Insurance, have up-to-day CPR and First Aid training and subscribe and adhere to the Certified Coach’s Code of Ethics.

We will help you to access your current fitness level and set specific performance goals for your time with us in order to produce agreed upon results.
We will provide: movement dynamic/form evaluation and necessary adjustments, training plans, answers to your questions and race day strategies in order to help you meet pre-established goals and expectations. We use several monitoring and modeling tools and techniques in order to ensure that our advise and plans are creating the necessary, and safest, changes in your form and/or conditioning to meet the specific goals.
We pride ourselves in sharing as much, or as little, of the training and racing details as you desire, in order to help you make better informed decision in the future.
